The nine-part "Skywalker Saga" of Star Wars came to an end at the end of last year. The official art collection was originally scheduled to be published at the end of March, but recently some sneak peek photos have been leaked. From them, we can see many scenes that have not been filmed in the movie, which seem to be from the early concept script of the original screenwriter Colin Trevorrow, which is very interesting. First, we can see Karen Law discovering the Sith holographic recorder that Emperor Palpatine left for Darth Vader. In another scene, Karen Law stands in front of a Cthulhu-style multi-armed monster, which should be the original villain in Colin's version of the script - Palpatine's Sith teacher Tor Valum. The latter taught Palpatine in this unused setting and will personally train Karen Law. In addition, the book even gives a stunning design for the Sith Rey. Several other pictures correctly correspond to the situations in the movie, such as the duel between Rey and Karen Lowe. Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly were both awarded the screenwriter qualification for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but later terminated their contract with Lucasfilm for complicated reasons. If the two parties had not parted ways at the time, we might have seen a darker final chapter of Star Wars. |
