Mark Wahlberg says script for Uncharted sequel is in the works

Although the movie of the same name adapted from the Naughty Dog game "Uncharted" is not perfect from the perspective of film critics, its box office performance is enough for Sony to call it a "popular movie series."

With such a strong hint of the possibility of a sequel, Mark Wahlberg, who plays Sully, "confirmed" the existence of the "Uncharted" movie sequel in an interview with foreign media "The Direct" before the official announcement.

"I've heard a lot of different ideas. I know someone wrote a script, they're still writing it, which includes (Sully) having a beard the whole time. Which makes perfect sense because I have a beard in the last scene (of the first film)."

Mark Wahlberg also shared that it took him a long time to grow a mustache, and that the fake mustache made him feel "like there was a big piece of tape sealed around my mouth, and I felt ridiculous."

Although the possibility of a second Uncharted movie exists, considering that it is still in the script writing stage and the first one was only released last year, the filming of the sequel will not begin until at least next year.
